Managed Services

Skillfully monitoring and controlling a technology implementation can make the difference between a successful deployment and one with a disastrous outcome. Without properly planning for and controlling risks to your implementation you can easily experience cost and schedule overruns. At the same time if you do not properly manage issues as they arise then you can also lose control of the project and cost and schedule overruns become more likely. Our transition engagements help our customers to successfully move new technologies into their operational routine.

Varrow Service Levels:
The Varrow Managed Services group adheres to strict, pre-determined service levels, ensuring the fastest mean time to response and resolution.
Critical (Sev 1) – System is inoperable or has reduced usability such that the
customer’s normal business operations are adversely impacted. Customer agrees to work incident until resolved or level is reduced.
Moderate (Sev 2) – Intermittent failure and/or reduced performance such
that normal business operation is limited. Impact is identifiable, but do not
prevent operations.
Normal (Sev 3) – No immediate failure or impact. Could be a question or
request for guidance or training.

“It is our policy for the customer
to set the level of ticket severity.” Matt Livingston
